Chef Joe Marosek
Chef Joe Marosek brings his love of international travel and cuisine into your kitchen and onto your table.
He has cooked his way from the Mediterranean to New York, working in the prestige kitchens of 5 Star resorts including the Le Meridien Spa and Resort and the Intercontinental Hotel at Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus. Joe was a winning member of the Cyprus Culinary Olympic Team. He has worked locally as the Sous Chef at Chianti IL Restaurant and was the Owner/Executive Chef at Strata Wine Bar Bistro. He currently manages the daily operations of a large corporate kitchen.
Joe Marosek graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts.
He specializes in Mediterranean and Regional American cuisines.
